Deiz served Dubai's affluent community through Instagram and personal relationships but faced growth constraints from entirely manual processes. Every inquiry required multiple touchpoints, creating bottlenecks that frustrated clients and overwhelmed staff.
My work touched designing a easy application process for multiple B2B & B2C servcies and products (rent, buying, maintanance, tuning etc.) for one of the biggest premium dealership in Dubai.
Discovery
Quick summary, staff were spending hours responding to TikTok and Instagram messages, manually checking availability, and repeating the same information to every new inquiry. This created high operational costs while delivering a slow, inconsistent experience.

After testing and refining with team the flow multiple times, I smoothed out the rental process so clients can book and pick up cars with minimal friction, while keeping all verification steps secure.

Solution
An all-in-one hub for everything car rental-related, where users can view all current bookings and their details, reserve new vehicles, or check personalized offers, with some bookings confirmed in as little as 5 minutes.
